Bravery
Someone faced something hard. They didn't have to be fearless, just willing to try.
An invitation
You made a list.
Some of you are the storytellers the children in our church already love most. The ones our own kids beg to hear again, who can hold a room full of children paying attention.
Others we've simply heard speak and thought: there's something about the way you tell a story. A voice children would trust.
Either way, we chose you for a reason. And we'd love you to record one story. Something that's stayed with people, perhaps a snippet of your childhood lesson; something you shared in yoru local church. We'd love to share your story with thousands of children around the world.
Because not everyone can do this, but we think you can.
Maybe you've spent years holding children spellbound with nothing but your voice and a story worth telling. Or maybe we've just heard the way you speak, and we'd love to hear you tell a story to a child.
We're starting close to home, the storytellers our church kids adore, with our pastors and elders among our absolute favourites. From there, we're reaching out to authors, teachers, missionaries, and people whose voice and life carry stories worth passing on.
It's a small, hand-picked circle. We'd be honoured to have you in it.
One you've probably already told. The one children always go quiet for. Some ideas, if you're choosing between a few:
Ideally a bit of all three.
Someone faced something hard. They didn't have to be fearless, just willing to try.
Something a child could carry with them about kindness, honesty, faith, or being a friend.
A story they'll ask to hear again. If it's not engaging, it doesn't get listened to twice.

For most of our storytellers, this is the first time a story they've only ever told in one room reaches the whole world. That's the part we love most.
